Simply login to our free online banking to view transactions, pay bills and check statements with a couple of clicks, anytime and from anywhere.

To get started, you’ll need your temporary User ID and password you received when you opened your account. You will be prompted to choose a new User ID and password. Passwords are case sensitive. Our online Bill Payment service helps you pay your bills without having to write a check, stuff an envelope, buy stamps or even walk to the mailbox. It couldn’t be any easier. You simply click to pay and enjoy having more time to do the things you want to do.

Use our Bill Payment and:

  • Pay your bills for free* within minutes
  • Pay bills any time, from any computer or mobile device with internet access
  • Schedule a “one-time” payment or a “recurring” payment

*Bill Payment is free for Personal Accounts only. Business Accounts are free up to 25 bill payments per month. Fees will be incurred thereafter. Data and messaging charges may apply.

Digital Statements

Save a tree and boost your security

Turn your paper statements digital, and save waste, time filing and storage space. Enroll in Digital Statements for a safer, more secure way to access the banking info you need anytime, anywhere. We’ll email you when your new statement is available.

Here’s how:

Online Banking Access:

  • Login to Online Banking
  • Click Digital Statements on the main navigation menu
  • Complete PDF format Verification
  • Review and Accept our Terms of Service
  • Confirm receipt of enrollment email

Mobile App Banking Access:

  • Login into the Mobile App
  • Click More (bottom right)
  • Click Digital Statement tab
  • Complete PDF format Verification
  • Review and Accept our Terms of Service
  • Confirm receipt of enrollment email

 

Not using Online Banking?

In order to view your Digital Statements, please make sure that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you do not, please click here to visit Adobe’s website and download the reader.

Pay A Person

The real-time and secure way to move money from your account to theirs.

Enjoy one of the easiest ways to send money real-time to someone using our person-to-person payment service.  Look for the “Pay A Person” option within the “Move Money” tab of online banking or our mobile banking app. 

All you need is an email address and/or cell phone number to:

  • Pay rent or pay your roommates
  • Cover shared expenses, like family-plan phone bills
  • Send the perfect one-size-fits-all gift: money

Our new and improved Money Management tool is an even better way to track your finances and meet your goals. And because budgets are so important, this tool will fit nicely into yours. Money Management is free and can be accessed directly from within your Online Banking or mobile app. Use it to:

  • Gain a better perspective on your money with bubble budgets, which allow you to view and interact with your financial data in an easy-to-understand visual format
  • Add outside accounts to Money Management and track spending from all accounts in one place
  • Reduce manual tasks with Money Management’s improved categorization feature, which automatically and accurately sorts all transactions
  • Access your information anytime, anywhere on your mobile device
  • Receive email and text alerts to keep you on track

Shared Access

Grant user access to your accounts

Share access with others is a great feature to give family members, accountants, or financial managers access to your online banking with their own secure credentials. 

  • Control access to your accounts to view balances, history and check images
  • Grant permissions and set transaction limits
  • Approve bill payments submitted by users

Mobile Wallet: Use your phone like a wallet

Now all you need is your Smartphone and your Navigant Credit Union Visa® Debit Card to make checkouts quick and easy. Just set up Android Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay and turn your phone into your own digital wallet.

Register for Online Banking

Please follow the instructions below for setting up Online Banking:
Visit the Navigant Credit Union homepage and locate the secure login box.
To enroll, you will need your temporary User ID and password issued at account opening. If you don’t have one, please call the Contact Center at 401-233-4700.
Follow the prompt to create your new user ID and password. Enter your date of birth and valid email address then click the Complete Sign Up button.
Click the Confirm Contact Information button and start using Online Banking. If you prefer to use our mobile app, click here from your mobile device to learn more about mobile enrollment.

We are aware of an increase in members receiving spoofing calls claiming to be from Navigant Credit Union. We will never ask you for passwords or sensitive information over the phone.
