Automatic Billing Updater Notice of Right to Opt Out

Card Opt Out

Automatic Billing Updater is a free service that is automatically provided for your Debit Card and/or Credit Card. Out-of-date card information can result in declined merchant transactions. With ABU, your account files will be updated when information changes because of a product upgrade, card expiration, loss or theft, account closure or other changes. A participating merchant can access that updated card information before requesting a payment. Since not all merchants participate, you should also contact the merchants directly if your card information changes. You are entitled to opt out of this service. You may opt out at any time.

You can use the opt-out election below. If you opt out, you may opt back in if you decide you want the Automatic Billing Updater service in the future. You may opt in the same way(s) that you can opt out.

Automatic Billing Updater Opt Out Notice

I have received a description of the Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) service and Notice of my right to opt out of the ABU service. I choose to opt out of the ABU service for my Debit Card and/or Credit Card. I understand that I can choose to opt back into the ABU service at a later time.
