Debit Card Activation

Thank you for choosing Navigant Credit Union as your Debit Card Provider.

Follow the steps below to activate your debit card today!

Important Information

To activate your card, please call 1 (866) 661-8548. You will need the primary account holder’s information listed below for card activation and personal identification number (PIN) selection:

  • Home / cell phone number
  • Last 4-digits of SSN #
  • Date of birth

Protect Your Security

  • Do not keep your PIN and card together
  • Sign your new card immediately
  • Never reveal your PIN to anyone
  • Be alert and aware when using ATMs

Setting Your PIN

  • Log in to Online or Mobile Banking
  • Select “More”
  • Select “Card Controls”
  • Select “Set PIN” and enter your preferred PIN number
