Jeffrey P. Cascione is the Senior Vice President, Director of Commercial Banking at Navigant Credit Union, where he is responsible for the oversight of all loan underwriting and approval recommendations, and for the day-to-day management of its Commercial Lending and Business Development Departments. He is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
A lifelong Rhode Islander, Jeff earned both his bachelor’s degree and his MBA from the University of Rhode Island and has established himself as an active leader in Rhode Island’s business and philanthropic communities. He currently serves as the Chair on the Board of Directors for the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, and St. Mary’s Home for Children. He also served on the Board of Trustees for Holy Apostles Church in Cranston, Board Member and Treasurer for the Gabrielle Dinsmore Heart and Hope Fund, and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Southern New England Chapter. Jeff has participated in many charitable events over the last ten years as Emcee and Auctioneer.
Jeff lives in Johnston with his wife, Eleni, where they enjoy spending as much time as possible with their combined families including four children and four grandchildren.

Prior to joining Navigant Credit Union in 2011, Don held management positions at Centreville Bank, Sovereign Bank and Fleet Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bentley University and an MBA in Business from the University of Rhode Island. Don is active in Rhode Island civic organizations, including the Coventry Housing Authority, where he is a member of the Family Self-Sufficiency Committee, the Pawtuxet Valley Rotary Club, where he serves as Treasurer, and is an Advisory Board Member of the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center.
Don is married, with a blended family of four boys.

Fred joined Navigant Credit Union in 2016, after six years as a Business Banking Officer at Citizens Bank. Prior to that, he was owner and manager of a construction and real estate development firm. He received a Professional Project Management Certificate from Bryant University.
Fred is a member of the Board of Directors of Working on Walking, a non-profit organization supporting Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Fred is a US Air Force veteran. He lives with his wife in Cumberland, RI.

Keith has 25 years of management and lending experience, working with business owners throughout Southern New England to assist them in achieving their financial goals. Keith believes that service excellence is at the heart of every customer interaction and works to inspire, mentor, and offer guidance to business owners. Keith is actively involved in his community, serving as a Board member for both Cranston Economic Development and the Cranston Rotary Club. He is a former Board member of Providence/Cranston Workforce Development and the Narragansett Counsel of the Boy Scouts of America. Keith is a volunteer coach for soccer and baseball with Cranston Leagues for Cranston’s Future (CLCF).
Keith attended Johnson and Wales University and lives in Cranston, RI, with his wife and two children.

Joe has over 35 years of banking experience, with a focus on community economic development. Prior to joining Navigant, Joe served as Vice President, Relationship Manager for Webster Bank’s Business Banking Team. This is a return to Navigant for Joe, as he worked as an Assistant Vice President here for 6 years before joining Webster Bank. He has also held various positions at Bank of America and BankBoston.
In addition to his banking experience, Joe spent 2 years in the not-for-profit sector, serving as Project Director for The Providence Plan, an organization dedicated to comprehensive urban change.
Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rhode Island College. He is a past governor-appointed board member of Rhode Island Housing and Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation. He is presently a board member of the United Regional Chamber of Commerce and represents Rhode Island on the New England Community Development Company.
Joe and his family live in Lincoln, Rhode Island, and he remains active in numerous civic and community organizations throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Claudia brings over 20 years of expertise in commercial underwriting and lending, partnering with business owners and real estate investors across Rhode Island and Massachusetts to help them achieve their financial goals. As a Relationship Manager, Claudia goes beyond lending by understanding and anticipating the needs of her members, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Actively engaged in her community, Claudia serves as the President of the Cumberland Lincoln Rotary Club and is a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity of West Bay and Northern Rhode Island. She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Finance from Providence College. Claudia resides in Cumberland, RI with her family.

Bob has over 35 years in the financial services industry, including 20 years with Navigant Credit Union. During his time at Navigant, Bob has overseen the development and growth of the Residential, Consumer Lending, and Indirect Lending departments, as well as Loan Servicing. In his current role as Vice President of Business Development, Bob oversees the Business Relationship Management team. He provides leadership to the initiatives of new member acquisition and maintaining strong member relationships. Bob’s expertise in credit union products and services provides the team with the necessary tools for success.
Over the years Bob has served the community in various capacities, and currently serves on the Boards of the Children’s Workshop Foundation and Spurwink RI, an organization that provides opportunities to children and adults with disabilities. Bob is also the Treasurer of the Italo American Club of Rhode Island.

Gidget has 28 years of retail banking experience, including the last 11 years with Navigant Credit Union. She provides her customers with outstanding service and will go above and beyond to help them reach their goals. She is a member and past President of the Cumberland /Lincoln Lions Club, and was the club’s Melvin Jones Award recipient in 2019.
Gidget has been a resident of Lincoln, RI for 28 years, and enjoys spending time at her beach house with her husband and two children, as well as her five siblings and their families.

Jennie has been with Navigant Credit Union for four years, and has 10 years of banking experience as a Small Business Specialist, Branch Manager and Business Relationship Manager. Jennie excels at building new business relationships throughout Rhode Island while also maintaining a diverse portfolio of commercial and consumer members. Prior to her banking career, Jennie was a franchise owner of two Warwick-based businesses and a Certified Public Accountant. She is a graduate of Miami University, Ohio.
Outside the Credit Union, Jennie serves as Treasurer of Business Networking International (BNI) Capital Gains Chapter and is an Ambassador for the Central Rhode Island Chamber. She enjoys spending time with her adult children and her hobbies include cycling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and cross-country skiing. She and her boyfriend reside in North Kingstown with their two dogs, Crosby, and Bentley.

Derek Quigley joined Navigant Credit Union in 2022 as Assistant Vice President / Business Relationship Manager. Through leadership positions at Citizens Bank, Rockland Trust, Bank of America and other financial institutions, Derek has gained nearly two decades of diverse experience in the financial services sector, specializing in consumer lending, business development and business banking.
Derek leverages his proven expertise and unique ability to develop relationships with business leaders across a wide range of industries to help his clients improve their efficiencies and cash flows, meet their financial goals, and remain on the path toward successful futures.
Derek earned his B.A. in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and his MBA in Business Operations from the University of Phoenix. He serves as Treasurer for the Fall River Business Builders; a Mentor for Entrepreneurship for All. He is also currently serving as Rotarian of the Cranston Rotary Club.
Derek resides in Exeter, Rhode Island with his wife and children. In his spare time, Derek enjoys family camping trips; coaching youth baseball; and playing golf.
