Bridge to Career Success, a 12-week Internship program designed to provide undergraduate and graduate students with a hands-on experience and exposure in the financial services industry. All internships will be approximately 10-20 hours/week during the academic semester. Extra hours may be granted based on project needs and student availability. Whether you see yourself in Banking, Loan Management, Marketing, Sales, Business, Data Science or another discipline, the program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself within our community-based organization. Our internships blend real-world experience with an extensive overview of the financial services industry. Knowledgeable mentors will provide guidance to participants as they gain professional hands-on experience and learn how to apply their skills to a future career at Navigant Credit Union. Top-performing interns may receive an offer to return to join us for future semesters, or as a part-time, or a full-time staff member.
You will support member-driven projects by working with best-in-class managers from a variety of disciplines. Projects will vary depending on the hiring group.
Your assigned manager will provide goals and professional development guidance, as well as conduct performance reviews as a commitment to our interns.
