Manager Training, which consists of two full days of training that cover 8 courses. This program was created to develop leadership skills for current and future leaders.
Monthly Professional Development trainings that are offered to all employees with various topics such as technical skills and soft skills.
Digital Learning
One-on-One training: we offer this to anyone that needs additional training or would like a refresher on certain topics.
Leadership Academy
Year long, structured leadership development program with 9 four-five week modules offered in a face-to-face environment.
Modules are supported by readings, videos, posts, guest speakers, discussion boards and presentations (individual and team) for each module.
Faculty are selected to drive content, provide feedback and function as a 1-on-1 mentor to an assigned participant.
Time investment of faculty is 2 ½ hour each week – class time, review of posts & mentorship. Additionally, 1 hour every other week for faculty planning sessions.
