Información importante

To activate your card, please call 1 (866) 661-8548. For card activation and personal identification number (PIN) selection please call from your primary phone number on file. You will need the information listed below:

  • 16-digit card number
  • 3 digit CVC code
  • 4 últimos dígitos del nº SSN
  • Fecha de nacimiento
  • Card expiration date

 

For your personal identification number (PIN) selection, please press 2 to enter in the new four-digit pin.

Card Activation and PIN Selection

Option 1

To activate your card, please call 1 (866) 661-8548, or for members outside of the continental U.S., please call 1 (614) 564-5101. Please follow the prompts below to activate your card and select your personal identification number (PIN):

  • Enter 16-digit card number
  • Enter 3-digit CVC code
  • Press # to bypass security PIN
  • Enter last 4-digits of SSN #
  • Enter date of birth
  • Enter card expiration date
  • Press 2 to enter in the new four-digit pin. 
  • Enter in PIN selection and press #
  • Re-enter PIN selection and press #
